We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Pole Barn Division. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in post-frame construction who enjoys helping customers turn ideas into completed building projects. The successful candidate will guide customers through the entire sales process—from initial inquiry and building design to estimating, order coordination, scheduling, and delivery—while providing exceptional customer service every step of the way.
